Carpet area is the usable floor area inside your apartment — the actual space you can walk on, between the internal walls. It excludes external walls, shafts, lobbies, and amenity areas. All carpet areas at 153 East are as registered with MahaRERA under PR1180002502968.
The typical floor plan in our brochure is oriented to match the actual building placement at the site, with North marked on the compass. This makes natural-light planning easier — east-facing rooms get morning light, west-facing rooms get afternoon sun.
