Three Decades of Building Across Mumbai

Dasadia Developers LLP traces its roots to 1988, when its first residential building, Uphar, rose near the Western Express Highway in Dahisar. It was a modest beginning by today’s standards — a handful of carefully planned homes — but it set a tone the firm has carried for more than three decades: build for the people who will actually live there, and build to last.

Through the 1990s, that conviction took Dasadia deeper into Mumbai’s western suburbs. A cluster of intimate, low-density addresses took shape across Malad — Marve Manor, Marve Heaven, Marve Grace and Marve Pride — alongside Bharat Kunj in Vile Parle. Each was small by design: shaped around natural light, sensible layouts, and neighbourhoods that families chose to stay in for generations.

By the mid-2000s, the firm was ready for a larger canvas. Bayview in Kandivali brought homes, shops and a healthcare facility together into a single mixed-use community — proof that the same care could scale without losing its character.

Today, that journey continues at 153 East in J.B. Nagar, Andheri (East) — a freehold address of seventy-two homes, registered with MahaRERA and built with the same long-view discipline that began with one building, all those years ago.

About the Dasadia Developer LLP – FAQs

Dasadia Developers LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, based in Andheri, Mumbai Suburban. We approach the residential development discipline with experienced project teams, established consultants, and full MahaRERA compliance from day one.

153 East is our current flagship residential project, registered with MahaRERA under number PR1180002502968. We focus our resources on doing one project well at a time — at the size and standard we can guarantee.

Dasadia is a private partnership. We prefer to let the consultants we work with and the registered project documents speak for the firm. Serious buyers are welcome to meet the team in person during a site visit.

The MahaRERA registration certificate fixes the possession date as 31 December 2028. RERA Act provisions for delay compensation apply. The agreement of sale — which is the binding document — details the exact remedies available to the allottee.

Project PR1180002502968 is searchable at the public MahaRERA portal at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. The registration is public, the documents are downloadable, and the project annexure is part of the registration.
