Carpet area is the usable floor area inside the apartment — the area between the internal walls, excluding shafts, lobbies, and walls. All carpet areas listed are as registered with MahaRERA under PR1180002502968.
The 3 BHK (1,144 sq.ft) is a combined-unit configuration of B2 + B3. The 4 BHK (1,369 sq.ft) is a combined-unit of A2 + A3. Both are pre-planned and constructed as single homes — not converted post-handover.
All configurations are available across the 9 habitable floors (Floor 1 to Floor 9), subject to availability. Higher floors may carry a premium and selection is on a first-come basis.
Both wings are part of the same building with shared rooftop amenities and entrance lobby standards. The configurations differ slightly — Wing A is the source of the 4 BHK combined unit (A2+A3), Wing B includes the only 1 BHK variant and the 3 BHK combined unit (B2+B3).
