Privacy Policy
Dasadia Developers LLP (“Dasadia”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy, read together with our terms of use, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.
It applies to ddllp.in, to the enquiry and contact forms hosted on it, and to lead forms we run on advertising platforms. By visiting this website or otherwise providing us with information, you accept and consent to the practices described in this policy. Please read it carefully.
Information We May Collect From You
We may collect and process the following data about you.
You may give us information by filling in an enquiry form on our site, requesting a callback, downloading the brochure, or corresponding with us by phone, email or WhatsApp. This may include:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your property preferences — configuration, carpet area, budget range, preferred floor and timeline
- A preferred time for a site visit or callback, and anything you write in the message box
When you visit ddllp.in, we may automatically collect technical and usage data: your IP address and approximate city, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, the source that referred you, and clicks on WhatsApp, call and brochure buttons.
If you submit your details on an advertisement rather than on our website, that platform passes the lead to us. This includes lead forms on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google lead form assets, property listing portals, and enquiries forwarded by authorised channel partners. The fields we receive are the same as above.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, PAN, Aadhaar or other identification numbers, bank or card details, or passwords through this website or through advertising lead forms. Please do not submit them here.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies — pixels, tags and local storage — to distinguish you from other users, keep the site working, and help us improve it. Cookies set by tools we embed are governed by the provider’s own privacy policy.
- Essential — page delivery, security and spam protection on forms. Always active.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, which measure visits, pages viewed and button clicks in aggregate.
- Advertising — the Meta pixel and Google Ads tags, which record conversions and allow remarketing to people who have visited the site.
- Functional — remembers preferences and supports click-to-chat, maps and brochure downloads.
You can block cookies through your browser settings. If you block all cookies, including essential ones, parts of the site may not work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, manage Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center, and adjust ad preferences in the Accounts Center on Facebook or Instagram.
Uses Made of the Information
We use information held about you in the following ways:
- To respond to your property enquiry and answer the question you asked.
- To share project details and the configurations available, including floor plans, brochure and MahaRERA-registered project information.
- To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp on the details you provided.
- To arrange site visits or callbacks, and to confirm, reschedule or follow up on them.
- To provide updates related to your enquiry, such as construction progress, inventory changes or documentation.
We also use it to maintain internal enquiry records, to understand in aggregate how our pages and campaigns perform, and to comply with legal, regulatory and security obligations.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an enquiry, and for the legitimate uses permitted under applicable Indian law. You may withdraw that consent at any time, as set out in clause 06.
Disclosure of Your Information
“We do not sell your personal information to third parties.”
We do not trade, rent or licence your name, phone number or email address to data brokers, lead resellers or unrelated businesses. We share your information only where necessary, and only to the extent necessary, in the following circumstances:
- Enquiry handling — with our own sales team, and where your enquiry originated with an authorised channel partner or listing portal, with that partner, strictly so your enquiry can be answered and your site visit arranged.
- Legal and regulatory requirements — where we are under a duty to disclose or share your data to comply with a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority, including MahaRERA, tax and statutory authorities, courts and law enforcement, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
- Service providers — website hosting, email and document services, our lead sheet and CRM, form-handling scripts, analytics and tag management, business messaging and advertising platforms. They process data on our instructions and for our purposes only.
- Business operations — our legal counsel, auditors, accountants and bankers where they need it to advise us; and, if the business or the project is restructured, transferred or acquired, enquiry records may pass to the successor entity, which remains bound by this policy.
Where We Store Your Personal Data
Data collected from you may be transferred to, stored and processed by our staff, our group entities or our suppliers, including service providers whose servers may be located outside India. By submitting your data, you agree to this transfer, storage and processing.
We have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to the nature of the information we hold. This website is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. Enquiry records are stored in a permissioned account environment with access restricted to authorised personnel. Our forms use spam-trap fields and a shared authentication token. However, the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its security, and any transmission is at your own risk. If a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority in the manner and within the timelines required by applicable law.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes, and to withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. You can reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, tell the caller directly, or email us at sales@ddllp.in. We may keep a minimal suppression record so that you are not contacted again in error.
Our site may contain links to and from the websites of partner networks, advertisers, portals and affiliates. If you follow a link, please note that those websites have their own privacy policies and we do not accept responsibility or liability for them. Please check those policies before submitting any personal data.
This website is intended for adults evaluating a property purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Access to Information
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate, or ask us to delete your record.
Email sales@ddllp.in with the subject line “Data Request — Access / Correction / Deletion”, stating the name, phone number and email address you used when enquiring and what you would like done. We may contact you to verify that the request is genuine, and we aim to complete verified requests within thirty days and confirm in writing.
Deletion is not always absolute. Where RERA, tax, accounting or other law obliges us to preserve a record, that record will be retained for the statutory period and used for nothing else. Records we no longer need are reviewed periodically and deleted or archived.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Any changes we make to this privacy policy will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you. The last updated date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Please check back periodically, and review this page before submitting a fresh enquiry.
